How we work
Talk
You describe the problem and who deals with it day to day. We ask questions, and we say so if we are not the right fit.
Scope
We write down what will be built, what will not, and what it costs. You sign off before any code is written.
Build
We build in stages and show you working software at each one. Changes come early, when they are cheap.
Hand over
We deploy, train the people who will use it, and stay available after launch.
